Hi everyone! Carole here to share a layout with you using the Sweet Life collection by Maryam Perez. This is the perfect collection for spring! I love the bright spring colors, gorgeous pattern papers, and floral die-cuts!

I started out with a 12×12 sheet of white card stock. I applied gesso to my card stock and let it dry. I used pigmented crayons, water, and brushes to create the watercolor background and I let some of the watercolor drip for added interest.

I matted my photo using the Lovely Life frames and pattern paper from the Sweet Life paper pack. I love how the pink in my daughter’s jacket matches the pink in this collection. I also included some vellum and die-cuts as well.
I created the tag using die-cuts and ribbon. I also added some strips of torn pattern paper and vellum to the top and bottom of the page. I love how this turned out! Super simple and fun to create! Thanks so much for stopping by!
