Hi everyone! Happy Friday! Carole here to share a layout with you that I created using the Wish You Were Here collection by Ashley Horton. I love the gorgeous pattern papers and the variety of fun embellishments in this collection! I started with a sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 white card stock. I placed a mixed media stencil on my paper and applied black ink to the top and the bottom of the paper. I matted the photo using a brown card stock and pattern papers from the 8×8 Wish You Were Here paper pack.

I placed two long wide strips of pattern paper with torn edges from the Wish You Were Here 8×8 paper pack, behind the matted photo for texture.

I created the title by cutting a portion of the Postmark paper with the word Road Trip on it. Then I placed a frame over the portion I cut for a layered look.
To complete my layout I added a variety of embellishments including stickers, die-cuts, and wood embellishments. I love how it turned out! I absolutely love this photo as it reminds me of sitting on the porch of our cabin during fall break. I love the gorgeous view. Definitely helps get rid of the winter blues!
