Hello everyone, today we have another beautiful project from our July guest designer Elsie Robinson. This time she created some beautiful spreads in her traveler’s notebook. Let’s take a look.

Here is what Elsie said about her project: “I seriously love the Traveler’s Notebook trend. They’re great little books to experiment techniques and ideas in without the pressure of a 12×12 page. I’ve had this idea for these pages for a while, but I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to make a traditional layout  or a TN spread. As you can see, I chose the TN and I’m so glad I did!”

“I wanted to create two spreads, one being the “inside” of a house” and the other “outside” with a window on both. I thought it would be a fun idea to cut a window into the page and I’m so glad I did, it’s such a cute way to be able to connect both of the spreads, and you also get to see more of the pretty papers and embellishments! One thing I especially loved about making this page was using 8×8 papers, as  it was so great to be able to use papers and patterns that were sized perfectly for a TN page. The ‘Here Comes the Sun’ patterned paper made creating my ‘sky’ a piece of cake!”

They look absolutely stunning, don’t you agree? You can find more of Elsie’s amazing work on her social media:
