Hi everyone! I have a 12×12 layout for you using my Pretty Little Studio stash. I wanted to challenge myself to use products that I had in my stash to create a festive layout for the upcoming Fourth of July holiday. I found a couple of papers from the Holiday Cheer collection which are no longer available however, I have posted links for substitutions that will create a similar look.
I started out with a 12×12 white card stock paper. I put drops of red, blue, and white acrylic paint on my white card stock and used an old gift card to spread the paint on my paper. I love the background it created!
Next, I added a cut file – The Midnight Hour by Ashley Horton which was cut out using white card stock. Then I glued star shaped cutouts from red and blue striped pattern paper to fit behind the star cutouts for added dimension.
I matted the 4×6 photo using a gray and navy blue pattern paper, created the title using a journal card and red alpha stickers, and finished with embellishments from the Ain’t Life Grand collection and Blooming Hearts collection.
I hope this gives you some inspiration to create a layout or project using the products you have in your stash! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a Happy Fourth of July!
