Sometimes when I start a project I am completely inspired by a paper or a certain embellishment. This layout was created entirely around the adorable vintage die cut little girl in the Ain’t Life Grand collection. I started the page with gesso and watercolors to go with the girl in the rain boots embellishment and my girl playing in the sprinkler.
I used the Over the Rainbow paper to cut the heart file on my Silhouette, then added the title cut file with the Take Note paper. The hearts are backed with a paper from my stash.
I finished off the die cut title with the alpha stickers from the Ain’t Life Grand line, adding in some word stickers and a camera sticker in the same area.
Isn’t she ADORABLE?
The photo is backed with product packaging! Yep, I just cut up the packaging and used it like a patterned paper. A few more word stickers, a die cut and flair badge were the other embellishments for this page, along with two strips of vellum tape.
