12X12 | Everyday I Heart You

Hi everyone! I hope you had a great weekend!  Today I am sharing a layout that I created using the Ain’t Life Grand collection by Ashley Horton.  I had so much fun creating this layout!  It was so difficult to choose products because I wanted to use everything! I love the bright colors and fun images in this collection.  The photo I chose for this layout is one I ran across while going through some photos for my daughter’s eighth grade graduation party.  I can’t believe she will be in high school next year!  Time flies so fast! Anyway, this photo truly captures her personality and pairs perfectly with the Ain’t Life Grand collection!

I started out with a 12×12 sheet of white card stock.  I chose the Feeling Funky 8X8 pattern paper, Flower Power 8X8 pattern paper, and Take Note 8X8 pattern paper. I cut the papers to the sizes I needed and tore the edges of the papers to add dimension.

I matted the 4X6 photo, added die-cuts using pop dots adhesive, and the title using a clear glue.  To complete my layout I added embellishments, journaling, and inked the corners of my layout using the cellophane packaging and black ink.
