Hello,

Today, I am happy to show you a Easter layout. I love creating layouts about holidays and celebrations but I don’t take enough time to do it. And I still had these wonderful photo of my 2-year-old son in his chicken costume.

When I’ve seen the colours of the Blooming Hearts collection, I was sure it was the moment to use them!

As you can see, I’ve played with layers and frames. I’ve cut several pieces of papers (Paper | Now You See Me + Paper | Opposites Attract) that I placed under my photos and then I adhere the red frame from the Die-Cuts | Picture Perfect of the collection. I love how it creates a new design on the photo. In this set of die-cuts, I’ve also used the circle tabs Love you everyday and You are awesome, that were perfect as accents.

I wanted to add some little details, so I’ve added Sequins | Sunsation and Cut Aparts | Just Sweet Labels.
Never forget that labels can always be used as embellishments!
And finally, as I love the Paper | Now You See Me with all the triangles, I decided to add a little triangle at the bottom of my page as a little reminder and a decoration for my journaling.
