Gone Junkin || Travlers Notebook

Aimee here sharing some quick pages I made in my travlers notebook while actually traveling.

First of all, let me start off by saying I totally forgot I had a project due today,

and I literally created these pages in my motor home.

Now I don’t travel light; Yes, I have a printer & computer with me and I know that’s not a total reality when traveling.

But I travel for work, & work requires a printer & computer.

I also pack a little stash of scrap goodies in case I get bored.

It just so happens I had some PLS “with all my heart” + “Blooming Hearts”.

Also in my stash pack I have an hp sprocket. This little guy is so perfect for traveling & using with your travlers notebook. You just print + stick!

I mostly used “with all my heart” for my 2 pages, but have a few pieces scattered of “Blooming Hearts”.

From the 6×6 “with all my heart” paper pad I cut the 2 “corners and layer my photo. I think what I love most about the PLS collections is that you can also use the packaging, which I used here to back my photo

{the tiny word print is PLS packaging}.

Now if you’re wondering, I am not using an actual bound travlers note book. I have just taken some white paper; I currently don’t know what weight it is {it’s thicker than copy paper but thinner than cardstock} and just cut some 8 ¾ squared pages.

I then have folded them in half using a bone folder, to get a nice crease.

This way I can create a 2 page “layout” this allows me to work in and around the crease of the page.

It also allows me to staple, stamp, type & sew without messing up the next page {also I can work out of order}. When it comes to binding, them I don’t quite have that figured out. But as of right now the slip nicely under the elastic in my travlers notebooks!
