Hello everyone! It’s Monique here today sharing a layout about my youngest son and his best friend. One day last year during the Summer holidays my husband and I both had to go into work and so our 3 kids asked us to drop them off in this amusement park. They invited my youngest’s friend to come along too and the four of them had a great time! I offered to pay for the park and the food and in exchange my daughter promised to take pictures for me to scrap! Here’s one of the layouts I scrapped. I thought that the brown, yellow & blue colors in this photo were just perfect for the Woodland collection!
The only item that’s not from the Woodland collection is the title “together” which is from the Oakley Avenue collection, but as the color matched this collection I decided to use it. Did you see all the fabulous journaling cards in the Woodland collection?! Here I used the “favorite” card which is from the “Butterflies 3×4” pack, but the other two packs are so awesome as well (Garden Life 3×4 and Wild Rose 3×4)!
Here’s another close-up, this one from the tabs and a strip of vellum tape:
The paper with the little golden hearts (Clover Gold Metallic) is one of my favorite papers in this collection!
I really love this collection so much and am glad I still have a bit left for another layout!
